Forget the Jeep unless you love huge repair bills. Compare the level of problems common to those vehicles:

The low mileage on the Lexus is suspicious and should be verified. At that price the Lexus is being offered at about the highest dealer sale price listed at Kelley Blue Book. If you proceed, have the Lexus thoroughly checked out by a good mechanic before purchase. There's a lot that can go wrong with an old luxury car.
Forget about the Jeep. They are unreliable, endless money pits.
Lexus has made some nice SUVs. This one is a little on the old side. There's no comparing a Lexus to a Jeep. Lexus is good quality, Jeep is poor quality.
@chucktobias is right, the 2012 RX is priced to the max.
