Hey is there a website or something that would tell me which manufacturer makes transmissions for a particular car?
Example : I type in vehicle make and model / engine and Aisin pops out.
Does anyone know any tricks?

The Wikipedia entry for most models will have a history of what engines and transmissions were used.
