Fast and lowest cost do not go together with remanufactured engines.so many of them are done like crap these days that you're often better off taking potluck with a used low mileage one from a salvage yard that was wreck.the only engine remanufactures I can recommend are the guys that do race engines on their expensive as can be but they do a good job
I don't know about the lowest cost but Powertrain Products, Stevensville MD guarantees their engines for hundreds of thousands of miles. Many more miles than the original car or truck maker.
