I'm looking to buy a used Ford F-250 or possibly a 350. With your vast experience, which year would you recommend for pulling a gooseneck horse trailer, and do you recommend gas or diesel, for reliability and value? Thanks in advance!

How much do you want to tow? If you're towing about 15,000 lbs, I would go with a F250 diesel. If you need 25000+ towing capacity, F350 diesel dually.
I'm looking for which year(s) have best record of reliability.
