White smoke(?) or dust blowing out of vents

My sister has a 2014 Camry with 120k miles and recently while driving, she's been seeing a white smoke or dust like substance that has been coming through the vents while running the a/c. The A/C runs very cold, I haven't seen any significant coolant losses and there's no visible leaks anywhere. A google search shows its possible that the heater core could be going out or there's a protectant that could be breaking down and blowing through the vents. Any ideas what this might be? Thanks in advance!

does it have a cabin air filter?

Yes. It was recently changed though.

Look at it. Instructions are in your manual.

Look for instructions to replace it? It's already been done. Thanks.

You know if the air is very humid and goes through a cold AC system, it creates a little fog plume for a few moments until the humidity in the car is lowered. This might be mistaken for smoke.

I considered that, esp since we've been getting more rain than usual lately.

If your heater core were leaking, you'd have wet carpets.  What is it, smoke or dust?  Two different things.

very fine powdery looking dust but in the right light could look like smoke. Can i attach videos here? We were able to record a short video of it?

yes you can post youtube links

Unfortunately, the video looks like it was recorded on the worlds first flip-phone camera. I can't see a thing.

Couldn’t tell a thing from your course video.. Does it look like this? -

If it’s odourless, and if the vehicle’s interior isn’t covered with a thick layer of dust, I would assume it’s just condensation.
