My 2000 sc400 threw a P0135 code (bank 1 o2 sensor), who makes the best sensors for my car, and should I replace the downstream sensor also? My buddy said to replace them all...Thank you for your awesome advice Scotty!

Denso is the manufacturer. Use only that brand.

No, only the faulty one (bank 1 sensor 1).

Usually Denso. Maybe also NGK/NTK. OEM if possible and not too outrageously priced.

The one sensor heating element has fried. Only replace one. I use Bosch sensors because they invented the 02 sensor. I'm sure Denso would be OK too.
