my 2010 kia optima automatic has 251,000 miles is making a weird whooping sound when making a wide or sharp left turn can hear it when drive a straight road to please help its my only mean to get me wife to school

The front left strut is going out or the wheel bearings are going out and need to be replaced-check that first.
