Why Air conditioner starts off blowing cold air. Seems to blow colder air at times then goes to warmer air.

There's lots of things that can go wrong. An AC shop can diagnose it for you. Most often the refrigerant is low making the system weak. That means the leak needs to be found and fixed. Then the system is purged, tested, and refilled.
