Hey scotty I have a 2018 4runner 4x4 automatic with 91k miles that I recently purchased from an insurance auto auction, only needed some body work, runs great and no engine codes but one thing that sounds off to me is whenever the car is idling theres a mild buzzing sound coming from under the car around the transmission area. Is this sound normal if not any Idea what that might be and is it something I should be concerned about?

It's not normal. You need to find the source of the noise to determine whether it's a concern. (Frequently that kind of noise is made by a rusty or loose heat shield.
