[Solved] Why my rav 4 is shaking?

Hello

I have just replaced the alternator in my Toyota rav4 

i started everything fine.

i took it to nearby petrol station an when I parked car started shaking 

I opened bonnet nothing unusual except smell of burn plastic ?

Well i filled car and go to the shop nothing happend

after shopping I started car again and it start shaking a little. When I stopped on the crossroads I started loosing rpm’s well I carry on to home, just right in front of building carpark I stopped (little traffic), and same loosing power and little shakes.

magically when I drive in to carpark reverse etc car was sound no shakes no rpm loose I even stayed for a while inside and literally nothing

ps the alternator is aftermarket

If it was misfiring, you would get Check Engine codes. Is the battery in good condition? When you disconnect the battery on most modern cars (which you did replacing the alternator), the engine control computer "loses" information, and has to "re-learn" settings for smooth idling, etc. If it goes away in a few days, that's most likely the situation.

Check your gas cap.

Did you find the burnt/melted plastic (most likely electronic parts/wiring) yet?

Or an earthquake?
