Master Mechanic The Car Wizard and his crew get to the bottom of an issue plaguing the owner’s vehicle (2015 Buick Encore) after she had been screwed over several times by the dealer (and they never solved her car’s issue). Another reason for our members to avoid the dealership esp. when their vehicle is no longer within warranty.

Who really works at the dealer? Are these "mechanics" even looking at what they are writing on what needs to be fixed?
