Aloha. Just put some 215 5017 tires on my car. I guess I'm not quite asking If they fit. But rather if any has had any issues with strut interference or rubbing. It looks ok, but just want to make sure. Like if my strut started wearing out more down the road could it cause rubbing because atm it's fairly close to touching but isn't.

Also I do burn about a quart of oil every 2 months or so, this is everyday driving. Any idea how long I should expect this engine to last if I take care of it? Any oil burning additives to help minimize that anyone reccomened? I know of some but not sure if it's safe with the 0w weight oil this engine takes.

Appreciate all of yals help, Mahalo

Well it shouldn't have any problems as long as it doesn't rub. Not as for it burning oil change the PCV valve and pray that's part of it but if not the engine is just worn and additives really don't help that. You would just add oil as it burns and keep changing the oil every 5,000 mi using full synthetic oil
