I have a 2004 Dodge Ram pickup 1500 series my wiper relay will not work I tried to look for a relay and I can't find it I change the switch on the steering column with the turn single it did not help. I put a used wiper motor in it and it still does the same thing it will only work on high or low. I hope you can help me

Both wiper relays share the same fuse. (8).
If you only have High/Low, check Relay 13 and its socket to see what's happening there.
