I just purchased a used 2011 Jaguar XF Automatic. I live in Texas so I haven’t had to use them but I noticed my windshield wipers don’t work. The spray however still does. Does that rule out the motor as being the issue. I’m hoping it’s just a fuse or something
Jags have a ton of electrical issues and it could cost a fortune in time cost to trace all the possibilities. These are crazy money pits as they age!
I'm not familiar with that model but every car I've seen with electric washers has a pump with its own motor to spray the windshield, So unless they're interconnected in some strange way the washer and wipers would not affect each other. The problem could be anything from the wiper switch to the motor or anything in between. Maybe just a bad fuse if you're real lucky.
