Test the battery, test starting system. Batteries loose power with dropping temperature. How old is your battery? What is a condition of your battery cables? What about cables to the starter? What about grounds to a chassis?

… and how cold is cold in your end of the woods?

Do you hear the duel pump when you turn in the switch?
