Working in the rain

Topic starter

Hi so I want to take apart all the stuff to get to my windshield wiper motor to use a 12-volt tester to see if my motor is bad. I just want to know is it safe to work on that while it's raining out? Because I know I have to connect the tester to the battery so I just want to know if it will be safe.

It would be better if you didn't. It's safe for you but you don't want to get water in the connector.

If you don't have an awning, just do what Scotty did in a few videos and work under a big beach or patio umbrella.

Is there a harbor frieght nearby?

You can get a 5x7 tarp for $3 that you can string up to keep you dry
