2015 Camry xse with 190K miles for for $7k, is it even worth looking at?

That depends on how it was driven. If it was mainly highway mileage, that's nothing compared to. If it was stop and go City driving where it will be worn out a lot. Regardless have a mechanic like myself. Check it out before you buy to see what shape it's in. It could still have quite a bit of life in it if taken care of
