I know that you would never buy any car from the dealer because of everything that they do already. This particular used car dealer shows cars that have barely been driven and they do show actual proof regarding the current mileage that is on the odometer. Is this the only dealer you should buy cars from or would you end up getting scammed?

I have bought many cars from dealers. If you go in prepared, you can come out fine. If you go in and let the dealer run the show, you're probably going to overpay.
These days though, many private sellers are asking the moon for their cars so dealers aren't necessarily a bad choice.
The word "scammed" is overused. A dealer will present you a contract with a price and payment. If you sign on and can't afford it, that's not being "scammed". That's making a poor decision.

Never buy a car from a dealer. Nothing they tell you is the truth.
