I feel cheated by the Yamaha motorcycle corporation

We recently bought a new Yamaha Eluder, about 6 months ago actually but it has been in the shop about a third of that time.  They only made them one year which was 2018.  It had issues from the start, everything from saddlebags locking up to the infotainment part not working.  Yesterday as I was pulling into our garage the brakes would not work.  I hit the wall fairly hard.  We don't know what damage has been done to the bike yet.  The garage wall is a mess.  I had the brake squeezed all the way in.  Yamaha gave me a short window to get it to a service center.  We have no way to get it there, over an hour away plus we will be out of town for our son's wedding.  A second call got met with rudeness and hints it was rider error.  I turned 60 today and have been riding since I was very young.  I know full well how to stop a bike.  They also said if it could not be repeated then I was responsible for the all the work the shop did.  My wife will not get on the bike now and said sell it and take the 8k to 10k loss, which depletes our savings and then some, and just give up riding.  People on a Christian bike forum said contact you.  I simply do not know what to do now.  I feel like the big corporation has cheated us and won and it is going to cost us all we have.  TY for listening.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
