Hello
My 2000 Lexus RX300 with 172 thousand miles gives me a code p0171. I've changed all the spark plugs. When it accelerates it like shakes the whole car trying to rev up and go forward.

A P0171 indicates that your vehicle is running lean possibly from a vacuum leak. I would start by removing your upper engine vanity cover and doing a visual check on all your vacuum lines that go to the intake manifold.
Also a dirty mass air flow sensor could misinterpret data try cleaning.
