Hi scotty I did a tune up on my 2001 ram 1500 5.9L magnum did spark plugs ngk iridium denso wires cardone rotor an cap and after doing that the truck struggles to crank and when it does crank an turn on it revs from 1800-2000rmp what could be the problem?

Well if it didn't happen before obviously something got messed up either you got bad parts or sometimes just changing the spark plugs and removing the coil unplugs will break one or more coil unplugs and cause misfire
