Hey scotty I been watching through your YouTube videos trying to figure out this one. I have a 02 ford f150 4.2L engine. It is a single cab.
I changed the oxygen sensors..did spark plugs and wires..also replaced idler pulley. My truck still has bad performance. Truck starts but starts misfiring and I'm thinking it could be my cats or injectors.
What are your thoughts?

Get a scan and publish the codes.
