02 Infiniti I35 - TCS slip

My friend has a 2002 Infiniti I35 with 88k on it. The display registered "TCS slip"

And car stalled. Car does restart but runs terribly. Same thing the next day after car cooled off overnight in garage. Horribly running. A second friend with an Harbor Freight scan tool plugged in and found no codes. But maybe didn't have correct tool for foreign car. On a side note that may have nothing to do with it. A couple weeks ago with the key out when my friend Open Door chime still work as though key was in ignition or lights were on for no reason. This is happened a couple of times over a few weeks.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Wow that sounds like bad wiring or faulty computer modules(its happened to one of my cars in the past). There's several things that could cause it to run rough but staying powered on with the key out is something I've never seen. I would take it to someone with a dealer level scan tool and hope they can help find the issue but in truth it might be something that's very hard to track down. I hope not for your friends sake but that's very concerning that stuff in the car is on when it should be off.
