I have a 03 trl blzer with 244K miles, that vibrates when it idles. then runs as smooth as glass when I accelerate. not the motor mounts. also doesn't misfire and not throwing any codes. what could it be?

Sounds like possibly some sort of bushing concern it’s not uncommon with the age and miles and the vibration has to be transferring through the body from the driveline somewhere I would use a pry bar and try and change the load on different bushings to feel for a change. Good luck
