Hey Scotty sorry to bother you again. Have a 03 Corolla, automatic 215000 miles. No codes or lights on. Has issue with intermittent long crank times and rough idle. Sometimes if have in drive and idle  car sometimes  surges\ lunges.   Have replaced Fuel injectors, plugs, coils, and after your suggestion I replaced the fuel pump and regulator. Also replaced filter and prestrainer while was in there.  I thought had solved the problem but yesterday it did it again. Also have cleaned throttle body, replaced idle air control valve. I did notice the vacuume switching valve clicking fairly often at idle, not sure if that is relevant or not just thought I would mention. Thank you again.
