Hey Scotty, my 03 F150 runs great and has 189,000 miles on it. I have my truck parked outside in my driveway that is inclined slightly. I notice that I leak fluid when it is parked like this. When I park it in the garage flat, it doesn’t leak at all. Is this a sign the water pump is about to fail? It is the original water pump. I have no overheating issues. Thank you all for your time!

Theres a good chance its your water pump. Get under the car and find out where the leak is coming from to know for sure.

Get a leak dye test kit to make sure where the leak is coming from. It may be something as simple as a loose hose clamp.
