My 03 town car only blows cold when I’m driving at least 55mph and the faster the colder it gets. I replaced the compressor, drier, evaporator, and condenser. Have anyone else had this problem???

Well the only difference between 55 and idling is 55 has 55 mph wind so I would assume your cooling fans are not working correctly on the radiator
