04 Chevy trailblazer LS 4.2 6cyl 4wd In 2 weeks I've replaced the crankshaft, camshaft, 02 sensors 1&2, oil/fil, trans fluid/filter, 4 coil packs, 6 spark plugs, battery and alternator. Had 2 codes p0016 & p0300 now it says I need to check my fuel sensor and injectors. My gas cap is loose by the way. The truck used to go in reverse but now it doesn’t. I’m not sure what to do. I have no issues going forward but the reverse will not work. The previous owner’s Kid broke the 4wd switch in the inside so the truck has been stuck in 4wd for years. So I’m not sure if I would need a new transfer case. Please help
I would take it to a mechanic, have them look it over and give you an estimate for repairs, then decide whether or not it is worth keeping. I would say it isn't.
The fact that your reverse does not work is because your reverse gear is gone. Have a pro check the transmission and pray that it does not have a serious issue.

Have to know when to say "uncle". It seems you've reached the point of diminishing returns. I'm a Chevy lady but those trailblazers were awfully made. One of our company vehicles was a trailblazer and so glad when we got rid of it. I know you just did all that work, but I'd hate seeing you dishing out more good $$ on a vehicle that's long past its prime.
