Hi,
I have a 2004 Civic with 132k miles and sometimes it will make a weird vibration noise when it idles. It's not all the time and the moment I drive the noise goes away. If someone could help me out, id appreciates it.

Have you checked the motor mounts on it? They may need to be replaced due to age.
Not a big job and you can do it yourself in the driveway. Plenty of videos out there on how to go about it.

Sounds like a motor mount is worn/damaged.
They tend to cause a vibration at idle that goes away while driving.
It could be any of them but on your '04 Civic it's likely the rear mount.
