Hi Scotty,
I have a 2004 Dodge Dakota, 4.7 v8, 2wd, quad cab. Makes a squeak in front drivers suspension that is incredibly loud. Everything looked tight, but with my stethoscope I found it loudest at lower control arm bushings. I want to install new arm complete with ball joint. Can you recommend a spring compressor? O"Reilly Auto parts has Ever Tough tool #67050 as a loaner. Will this work, or should I buy another one? First coil spring removal and I'm a little nervous.
Thank you for your help, past, present, and in the future.

If you have a spring compressor that's made out of solid steel they're all perfectly safe to use
