Trying to figure out which car is worth keeping

I have a 07 Odyssey with 160k miles. Trans fluid changes semi on time. Last one went 70k without it, then I did a drain and refill. Fluid wasn't burnt or anything. Still shifts totally fine. Has had timing belt water pump recently done. No engine lights. No AC Paint isn't the best. Cv axles are going and 600$ to get registration up to date

Then I just scored a free 04 Honda Pilot awd Has AC, Inside and out is super clean, all brand new tires. 130k miles. Starts up, and sounds great with starting fluid. Just fuel pump is bad, changing it today. Assuming car runs great, all fluids are good. Trans fluid cherry. And carfax shows tons of maintenence records including on time oil changes, and trans fluid changes. Also this one will cost about $800 to get registration up to date. 

Which one would you keep? I'm looking for reliability, good gas mileage, and tow capability, every now and then I'd like to be able to tow a smaller car with my tow bar if I need too.
