I have a 2006 ford Taurus SE that I replaced the wire harness in and the fuel pump recently now it won’t start it cranks and cranks but the pump absolutely will not prime it says there is an open circuit in the fuel sender and when I turn the key on the passenger door locks but doesn’t work other than that I don’t think those circuits cross anywhere but may share the same fuse where do I start diagnosing this I have checked everything a billion times replaced almost everything on the car now and have not had any luck
Well, if you have an open circuit in the sander of course it won't go. You said you replaced the wiring harness but I'm assuming that's up to the sender. You didn't replace the sender itself and how that shorted out inside. That's what it seems like
