04 Suzuki Aerio 2wd SX 4DR WGN 174k miles stalls upon acceleration from a stop, then, operates fine after 20 mpr +. Diagnostic computer codes show Ide Air Control Valve at issue. Mechanics say Idle Air Control Valve needs to be replaced or cleaned. I cannot afford the part it's over $600 locally, $270 online. Mechanics want $300 to clean it. Is there an ADDITIVE or cleaner I can use to clean it without removal?

No additive is going to help.
If you use your favorite search engine to look for "clean aic valve" you'll find techniques for cleaning the valve but you're probably going to have to remove it to do so.
