My Acura TL on the freeway when going above 60 mph with more than 2 passengers in the back begins to swerve to the right and to the left.unsure what it could be if I am only driving the car it does not do that.

Check the rear and front alignments and check your tires to see if they are worn evenly.
Odds are you need alignment service.
