My father has an 05 Subaru impreza 2.5 with 98k miles when filling it with gas the pump will stop after filling a few gallons and keeps doing this making it almost impossible to refuel. I have replaced the evap canister, and the fuel filler neck with the hoses that run to it. I am starting to wonder if it could be the fuel tank vent valve. I did also blow the lines out with compressed air.
