Good afternoon I have a 2006 chevy silverado 4.8 with code P0342 and P0343. I recently changed the cam position sensor on these trucks do you have to do the relearn with the scanner? Thanks

No. The sensor simply outputs an on/off signal once every revolution. There's nothing to relearn.
