Car hunts and stalls when cold. took to shop here in Clarksville, TN. Asked about timing chain tensioner. Was recommended timing chain replacement at 20 hours of labor. This seems like a lot of time and expense...Is that an accurate time estimate? Car has 157K miles...is it worth it? Saw video of you driving old Chevy truck up Ft. Campbell Blvd.

It could be that but me I just keep driving it it's probably at the end of its lifespan anyways it would be stupid to do just that heck for a lot less money you could put in a good used engine
