Hi. I have a 2006 e250 van with the 4.6 and it has 199000 miles on it. It seems like I have 2 different problems. It feels like there is a skip or misfire down low rpm and also seems like the torque converter is shuttering around 45 mhp. It has no codes. I had someone put a scanner on it and he said no codes for misfire comes up. I had a guy test drive it from a transmission shop and he said there is a skip and get the skip fixed then have him drive it again. I will pay you whatever reasonable price you want to diagnose or fix it. I live in Johnston Rhode Island. I have been ging back and fourth with this van for a year now and no one can diagnose it.  Id greatly appreciate any help from the bottom of my heart. I converted the van into a camper so I have too much into it to sell it and start over.
