Hello Sir, so I drive a 2006 Honda Element , 162,000 . My question is, when I insert my car key (original) not a copy. And turn to begin car engine, it’s a manual transmission. I turn it to start the car but I get no response. It shows the dashboard with the green key light. It will only start if I press the acceleration rapidly. Any advice?

There is a lockout switch on your clutch pedal that is either out of adjustment or malfunctioning. Adjust or replace it.
