Is a 06 Lexus IS350 with almost 169 thousand miles a good car to buy for 5k. All the goodies still work on it and it runs great

Have this 16 year old vehicle checked out by a competent independent mechanic. Aside from a deep scan, I'd recommend a compression and leak down test at the very least and a study of its service records.
I’m having a mechanic look at the frame to check for rust. I have all the service records for this car. It’s only had one owner on the carfax report
