06 toyota tundra sr5 double cab

My late fiance left me His 06 Toyota tundra sr5 double can with a 4.7 litter engine light with 178 thousand miles and has two codes, 0148 and 2445 . I was wondering if there was a way to fix the smog pump with removing the manafold? I'm not sure about the other code or how to fix it. Plus when i slow down or take off there's a clunking under my feet. I use the truck to to pull my travel trailer that i live in and I'm worried about it breaking down on me. Id love your feed back, as far as I'm concerned your word is gospel and  im a faithful follower. Thank  you for all you do for us.  Thank You and God Bless.       Bucky Fielding

That truck is pushing 17 years old and that clunk could be a number of things from loose universal joints to worn suspension parts. You need to get under there and check for worn parts, or have a mechanic do it. You don't want to wait for the driveshaft to fall out in the road or a wheel to fall off.  (The location of the clunk suggests a worn front universal joint or sticking slip joint, but everything under there should be checked out.)

Here is info on diagnosing P0148:

I'm not familiar with that engine so don't know about dealing with the smog pump. Description of that code states there can be a number of different causes which should be diagnosed before replacing parts:

If it comes down to replacement of the pump here's a step-by-step video:
