I have a 2008 Nissan Armada the pedal brake is firm, not spongy, but all 4 wheels are dragging the brakes. All 4 calipers and rotors have been replaced. All 4 calipers release pressure when you open the bleeding bolt.

Who did the work? If the vehicle has ABS, you can't bleed the brakes properly without setting the ABS solenoids with a bi-directional scan tool first.

Well either the brake master cylinder isn't releasing pressures and is bad or the brake booster that is bolt onto is not releasing pressure in his forcing it to make the wheel stick cuz when you open those bleeder valves and the pressure comes out it means they still have pressure in the system
