07 avalon cabin air problem

Hey scotty my 07 avalon has this weird cabin air problem where it will blow AC out at a nice high pressure but then when I turn the heat on at the same fan speed, the air pressure goes down drastically. It will go back up if I turn it back cold, so it only affects the heater. It doesn't seem to affect the defroster the way it does the cabin air vents. What could cause this specifically?

Where are your vents aren't opening correctly there's one box that has the air conditioning evaporator and another one that has the heater core and your actuators aren't open the whole way I could be the actuators or the blend door itself sticking it is plastic stuff

Thank you Scotty. I never thought anything of it, but I also happen to have distinct noise that comes out of the blower. Do you think this is related in any way? It always makes this noise regardless of heat or AC  https://youtube.com/shorts/aaMWJLU2uVE?feature=share

Most likely it is a bad blend door actuator. Replacing them is a pain, so you may want to have a shop do it for you.

It could be, but the blend door is more likely the culprit.

The blender doors are stuck somewhere in the plenum.

The blower motor on closer inspection is noisy for sure so I may replace that too. Both blend door actuators work just fine so it is definitely a stuck blend door. Where are the blend doors located? Are they close to the actuators?

Hey scotty sorry for the second post but I couldn't figure out how to reply with additional information and questions from my past one so I hope this is ok.

I never thought anything of it, but I also happen to have distinct noise that comes out of the blower. Do you think this is related in any way? It always makes this noise regardless of heat or AC. It is this weird noise I've never heard from another car but I thought that was just the way it is. Is this a symptom of a bad blender door actuator? https://youtube.com/shorts/aaMWJLU2uVE?feature=share
