07 Avalon will not hold oil while driving

Hey Scotty my 07 Avalon has 202k miles on it. It has run totally fine just as it should since I got it with 192k miles. I changed my oil and filter today and did it as I usually do, and filled it until it was full at the dipstick. I did use the 0W-30 full synthetic oil as I always have for it. No problem. I drove it from the driveway into my garage after I finished changing it and left it there awhile with no oil leaks. I later drove it and got on the interstate and drove about 5 miles. The check engine light came on and the oil pressure light so I pulled over at the close exit into a gas station and shut the engine off. There was oil everywhere as I was on the interstate before. I checked my oil filter and drain plug and they were still fastened right where they should be. The filter has a new gasket on it from the oil change. I then took another vehicle and went and bought oil for it and filled it up again. It wasn't leaking oil at idle at all and the engine sounded quiet and fine. I decided to drive on a backroad to get the car back home. Thinking it could be pressure in the PCV valve I loosened the engine oil cap under the hood so the pressure wouldn't build up. No luck. 2 miles down the road the oil pressure light came back on and it was completely empty again. Ultimately towed it back home. What could be causing it to do this? The drain plug and oil filter were on tight enough with new gaskets and I didn't see oil coming out of them. The oil was all over and I could not tell where it was leaking from. The check engine codes are P0014 and P0021.

make sure the gasket from the old filter isn't still stuck on there. Sometimes they get stuck on the engine when you remove the old filter, and you don't notice. When you install the new filter, the gasket doesn't seal correctly and it leaks.

It isn't. I made sure to take it off before I put the new one on. I remember because I had a hard time getting it off with my greasy gloves.

maybe there's a burst oil cooler hose?

If the entire crankcase empties out in 5 miles, the leak should be really obvious.

I will look into that. The first time it emptied in 5 miles and the second time it was less than two miles.
