Replaced my power steering pressure hose (OEM) and the hose that connects to the rack is leaking. Tighten it even more and still leaking. Was I suppose to put some type of gasket on the threads? If not, should I try it or use Teflon tape?

Well some have tiny little o-rings they have to go on before the line goes to the power steering rack but if it's just bare metal that means the connection is not tight perhaps it's somewhat cockeyed those are very hard to bolt back on and if you strip the threads and it goes on a car guide then you're in real trouble you'll have to replace the rack you could try some Teflon tape on the threads though
