I’ve had a grinding sound coming from front driver wheel. I replaced the bearing hub assembly. The old one was definitely bad, but I’m still getting a noise, especially when turning. CV joints bad?

Anytime your wheel is turning it puts into motion the CV axles designed function to output power on an angled plane while revolving.  The bearings become worn and so they will make noise and then go silent when you straighten the wheel unless its really worn.  I suggest you get a rebuilt CV axle and also check the right side bearing and also CV axle in the future.  Sometimes because you fixed the left side..then you now hear the right side as it was quieter before.
