Hello Scotty.
I have a 2007 Lexus ls460 V8 with only 71k miles. (Garage kept) This vehicle is burning a quart of oil every 300 miles for the pass few months. It just passed inspection today and drives like a dream. I've change oil and filter once since I bought it (at 64k miles) adding 1 to 2 quarts almost evey other week. Will this issue be worth paying thousands to fix. I was thinking to replace pcv value. Have you come across this issue and what is your advice. Thank you in advance.

Change the PCV valve. If that doesn't fix the issue, then it's internal wear on engine. If you end up wanting to rebuild or put in a remanufactured engine, it will cost a small fortune.
