07 Nissan Maxima Help!

Good evening, my car is an 07 Nissan Maxima with a little over 100,000 miles and for a few weeks now every time I turn off my car for the day, the radiator fan never shut off. I live in Texas and it's hot beyond belief so I figured it would just take some time but after an hour I unhooked the battery so it doesn't kill it. I ended up replacing the radiator fan because I finally noticed that one side was just completely stuck. No spinning, nothing on that one side. Once I replaced it, I thought that would the end of my problem, but turns out the radiator fan keeps spinning on that same side whenever the car is shut off. The only difference is now both fans spins (albeit one turns off every so often like normal) now that it's been replaced. I read that I should check the fuses and relays but I really don't know if that's the problem because for one I don't know how to remove the relays. Fuses look Ok. I'm thinking there's something bigger wrong. Meantime, my car sits parked with the battery unplugged. Could it maybe be something to do with a radiator problem or electrical?

Possibly the fan control module - Advance Auto Parts - Imperial - #226206 - $31.99.
