How do you replace rack and pinion seals on a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix SE

These reman units are available from everybody for from $100 - $200. I would just replace it.

I have one hand, I funds are limited, I can’t drive the car, I got to get a mobile mechanic to replace it for me.
So he has work in the driveway. What do you suggest?
