Sometimes when taking off fast into traffic or up a hill from a stop only
The engine won't respond to throttle inputs, foot to the floor nothing, the engine will only very slowly rev to 2k rmp, then like 5-10 seconds later it takes off hard at 3k+ rmp and acts normal.
Fuel pump as already been replaced
2008 Altima 2.5s 201k miles
Was the fuel filter also replaced?
Maybe start with the sensors responsible for "throttle inputs".
APP (Accelerator Pedal Position) sensor [expensive] and TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) [not too bad] and probably the culprit.
That Altima may have the TPS and IAC built in to the same unit and you may have to replace the entire throttle body which comes complete with the new sensors
Fuel filter on this model is not serviceable I would check for any codes stored. It sounds like more of a throttle body concern and not entirely uncommon
